Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr, sponsored model and IFBB Fitness Pro competitor, is a competing athlete. When she was 16, she began competing in fitness competitions following the end of gymnastics. When she was 17 she was awarded her professional card just one year later. Ariel Khadr, sponsored athlete and IFBB Fitness Pro competitor model. When she quit her gymnastics profession and pursuing a competitive career, she started competing in fitness shows at the age of 16. Within a single year, she earned her pro card when she was 17. Thus becoming the most youthful IFBB Pro in history. Ariel was forced to take six years away from the stage when she was awarded her Professional card to complete her college. She came back in 2015 and continued from the point where she had left competing in top competitions like that of the Toronto Pro Supershow, and Mr. Olympia. After winning her first competition in 2009, she continued competing for a number of years setting new goals. The year 2009 saw four more fitness titles were added to her list. Additionally, her 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champion made her the youngest IFBB Fitness Pros in history. Ariel spent 6 years trying to earn her bachelor's degree, when she earned the Pro Card. The first IFBB Fitness Pro debut took place at the Phoenix Europa Games, in 2015 October. She finished in third place. In June of 2016, she was the winner of the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow, and thus qualified to compete in the Fitness Olympia. The Olympian stepped out on stage three months later and came home with 6th place for the Fitness Division. Ariel acknowledges that she didn't have any expectations. The athlete was satisfied by her performance. It's not surprising that she did so well given the level of competition. Ariel continues to improve each year. Ariel enjoys working out on your lower back. Ariel's typical back exercise consists of single-arm pulldowns using lats, and pull-ups that are performed using a machine, along with bent-over rows. The first step is warming up before going into working sets. Ariel is the most efficient use of her limited time. She does this by super creating all of the back exercises she does, doing three or four supersets of between 10-12 reps. The routine she follows is kind of routine twice per week, with one day being a light weight day and another heavy weight day.
